CELEBRATION DE LA JOURNEE DES FORCES ARMEES A BAKEL
A l’instar des autres Camps militaires de notre pays le Sénégal, les Forces Armées de Bakel ont célébré la 19ème édition de la Journée des Forces Armées, sous le thème « FORCES ARMEES ET PRESERVATION DES RESSOURCES NATURELLES ».
La mise en place a commencé à 8 heures avec l’arrivée des invités. Les troupes, elles, étaient déjà sur place. Les populations n’ont pas voulu, elles aussi, être en reste pour magnifier le fameux slogan « Armée-Nation ».
A 8 heures 25 minutes, le Lieutenant Pathé Seck, de la Gendarmerie (ESI) Commandant des Troupes, arrive et les passe en revue.
Quinze (15) minutes plus tard, c’est au tour du Capitaine Ousseynou Diouf, Commandant de la Compagnie de Gendarmerie de Bakel de faire son entrée puis de passer aussi en revue les Troupes.
Dix (10) minutes après, le Commandant de la Place d’Armes de Bakel, le Capitaine Lamarana Sow arrive , suivant le même rituel militaire que les deux officiers qui l’ont précédé.
C’est à 9 heures exactement que le Préfet du Département de Bakel, monsieur Abdou Khadre Diack Ndiaye est accueilli par les officiers. Après l’hymne national, monsieur le Préfet a passé ensuite en revue les Troupes avant le dépôt de la gerbe de fleurs.
Un défilé militaire impeccable, devant le Camp Sada Ciré Timéra a montré et même démontré la discipline qui règne au sein des Forces Armées. Dans un rythme soutenu par la fanfare militaire à travers une chaîne à musique, les Troupes ont fait un passage remarquable, bien applaudi par la foule massée des deux côtés de la route nationale qui passe devant le Camp.
Ainsi, les Militaires d’abord, suivis des Gendarmes, des Sapeurs-pompiers et des Agents des Eaux et Forêts ont égayé les spectateurs par leur discipline et le respect de la cadence.
Retour dans le Camp Sada Ciré Timéra où dans deux stands, des expositions de photos prises lors des « sorties » des Forces Armées à travers les coins et recoins du Département attestent de leur engagement à la protection des personnes et de leurs biens. Leur mission n’est-elle pas d’assurer la défense nationale et donc d’assurer, en tous temps et en toutes circonstances et contre toutes les formes d’agressions la sécurité et l’intégrité du territoire ?
A travers ces nombreuses photos des Forces Armées, révélatrices des immenses efforts qu’elles fournissent de jour comme de nuit contre les destructeurs de notre environnement (coupe abusive du bois, feux de brousse, orpaillage avec pollution des eaux de la Falémé…), les populations et les nombreux invités ont suivi avec beaucoup d’attention les présentateurs.
Au Cercle Mess mixte, dans l’immense Camp Militaire Sada Ciré Timéra de Bakel, un cocktail a été offert à tous les invités.
Cette belle Journée du vendredi 11 novembre 2022 dédiée aux Forces Armées continuera pour les Troupes et pour tous les autres invités qui voudraient partager le déjeuner avec les hommes du Capitaine Lamarana Sow, Commandant de la Place d’Armes de Bakel.
